Love the selection of restaurants, reliable delivery, good customer communication, and seamless transaction.

Very reliable app. The customer service is great too.

I had a few issues with this app. They should copy postmates feature where you can precisely see where your driver is during the process.

Door dash is far and away better than postmates.

They have customer service that actually fixes the problems instead of blaming you or not doing anything about the mistake. Overall fewer mistakes than grub hub. Way way better.

Great restaurants to choose from

We use Door Dash weekly and have always had good service. They are on time and the order is accurate.

I used to use grubhub but the quality started to decline. Ive used doordash about 6 times and they are always on time.

Iv tried every app out there for food delivery, and doordash is by far the best. It has a wide selection of restaurants, easy to order through the app and to add specific instructions, they give an accurate estimate of time, the food reaches me in a good state and their customer service is great. Ive had a couple of incidences when the dasher was less than efficent and when I sent a complaint they refunded me. As a bouns, every now and then they give me a discount code which just makes me want to go back to them.
