Ive ordered from DoorDash of couple of times most times they get your order correct couple of times theyve messed up my order and I had a refund so theyre pretty good I recommend them to anybody that doesnt have time to go and wait or would like good food but cannot go and pick it up

SUPER CONVENIENT

Easy app to order from. Timely delivery (sometimes the restaurant is slow, but tracking shows your driver is there waiting). Friendly drivers. Ordered three times an no issues at all.

Every time we have ordered from this app, the food has arrived before the estimated arrival time and accurate. Far better experience with this app than any other food delivery app. They also have much more restaurants through their website than the other apps. The deliverers are always friendly and polite.

I think its the best app on the market. The logistics/delivery algorithm is ice cold! Lets do this DD

The driver only delivered half of our order and it took an additional hour for the missing order to be delivered. They took $6 off our $60 bill. The $6 was the delivery charge but they refused to refund the drivers tip. If you order from a restaurant directly you would get better customer service!

Amazing choices. Excellent notifications of where your order is in the process. Accurate estimate of delivery time. Have ordered many times and have had a great experience every time.

Ive used a few other delivery services apps and so far door dash is my number one choice. They have much more of a selection of restaurants available to choose from, the app is very easy to use, and the customer service is great. I will continue to use this app and refer people to use this service.

I use Door Dash all the time. Every time Ive been satisfied. Drivers are friendly and food arrives in reasonable time. Some times its earlier than expected, mostly right on time, once it was late and they refunded the order. And we didnt even complain, they contacted us and said we shouldnt have had to wait to eat. Keep up the great work

What a fun and easy app! Love it

They have a lot of options. My food has never taken longer than an hour to arrive. You can sort by price range or cuisine. No complaints yet. I did place an order once but they quickly called me to let me know that the restaurant was closed. They credited me for any inconvenience and removed the restaurant from the app. Awesome customer service. I have an order on the way right now for a cleansing juice :) yum

I use this app occasionally because it provides a very convenient delivery service for restaurants in my location that do not deliver and only have takeout. However some restaurants remove themselves or do not allow door dash – which is the biggest challenge.all in all, it delivers for restaurants that dont in a relatively timely fashion.

I work in a place with very limited parking so driving for lunch is not an option. I love door dash. Had a minor timing error with an order once and it was remedied ASAP! Email, text n call. Love it! Lower fees than other apps. Im a fan!

Where I live, there arent a lot of delivery options. Basically Chinese or Pizza. DoorDash has opened this up to many more options for evenings when I am just too tired to cook. Couldnt be more pleased. Excellent app and service.

Weve only used Door Dash a few times and love their service!
