DoorDash - Food Delivery App Reviews

I came from Brazil and compared to the apps we have there, DoorDash seems to have come from another planet. Its incredibly easy to use and works very well. The tracking of the order in real time is also amazing. Its like Uber for deliveries.

Had my first delivery and the driver is very polite.

Im from downtown Toronto, and they deliver every thing from $1 McDonalds Baked Apple Pie all the way to 5 start restaurants. Also, you can track your food live.

This app requires you to tip the driver and pay a delivery charge - two things that are avoided with for example ubereats (although ubereats began charging delivery it is about 1/5th the price of DoorDash). Also the delivery time is the same as if you ordered from the restaurant so there is no advantage to using this app.

Only accepts zip codes with numbers, but Canadian postal codes are a mix of numbers and letters. Better fix this quick if you want to capture any of the Canadian market...

Im from Vancouver and I cant even use it because its only allowing for American Zip Code entry. Cant find the solve anywhere online. Whats the point of sending me flyer if I cant even use it.

Quick ordering and the ability to track it too. Plus all payment done within the app.

Great easy to use app with tons of food options

Easy to use with a lot of great food options and their services I cant complain its great.

I honestly prefer this over all the other apps Ive tried in the past.

Very convenient. Tracking of the progress every step of the way. Awesome payment in app with Apple Pay and many other options. This app is the best Ive seen for keeping customers updates on the progress and accurate delivery times.

I love this app. So fast and easy. Its my go-to food delivery app. They usually deliver before promised time, unlike JustEat that delivers later and your food arrives cold. Drivers are friendly.
