I love DoorDash! Everyone who has ever delivered to my home has been pleasant and ON TIME! I will not use any other delivery service if I do not have to. Best of all theres always some kind of promo happening!
Live updates on your order, great service when things go wrong, always on time and usually gives out discounts. Smell ya later, justeat! This is the real deal.

Love door dash because it is so easy. The service is amazing and the drivers are super friendly. I also love knowing what is going on from pick up to delivery.
Some bad moments
The driver only delivered half of our order and it took an additional hour for the missing order to be delivered. They took $6 off our $60 bill. The $6 was the delivery charge but they refused to refund the drivers tip. If you order from a restaurant directly you would get better customer service!
I really liked this service until I was placing a large food order and noticed high "taxes and fees" I had never noticed this before and came to realize that it appears to be new with no notice from DoorDash. The fees are an additional 20% on top of the $6 delivery charge and tip!!! Be aware
This app requires you to tip the driver and pay a delivery charge - two things that are avoided with for example ubereats (although ubereats began charging delivery it is about 1/5th the price of DoorDash). Also the delivery time is the same as if you ordered from the restaurant so there is no advantage to using this app.
Only accepts zip codes with numbers, but Canadian postal codes are a mix of numbers and letters. Better fix this quick if you want to capture any of the Canadian market...
Im from Vancouver and I cant even use it because its only allowing for American Zip Code entry. Cant find the solve anywhere online. Whats the point of sending me flyer if I cant even use it.
After getting the app my very first ordered was late by an hour the support team says sorry the dispatcher forgot. NEVER using this again.
