Over the last four months now weve had five separate instances where items were either missing or incorrect. Just tonight another instance where we ordered, received confirmation, then the Dasher gets to the location, finds out theyre out of one of the entrees we ordered, he has the restaurant call DoorDashs customer service to try and reach us to possibly decide on an alternate item. The restaurant had nobody pickup on DoorDashs end so the Dasher brings one of our entrees and NOTHING in place of the other! So essentially we still have one person here who has no dinner. What kind of logic is that?! Too many mistakes so were done! App deleted.
